The learned counsel for the petitioner has brought to the notice of this Court that there is a clarification in the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.32334 of 2025 dated 07.10.2025. 3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this petition is clarified and the entire order dated 07.10.2025 in W.P.No.32334 of 2025 shall read as follows:- “ ORDER This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to permit the petitioner to write the First Professional MBBS Examinations for the academic year 2024-2025 scheduled to commence on 25.08.2025 in accordance with the order of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in WA.No.1601 of 2025 dated 14.08.2025 and to 5/7 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP.No.32334 of 2025 publish the results thereof. 2. In view of the interim order passed by this Court, the petitioner was permitted to write her first professional MBBS Examinations for the academic year 2024-2025. When the petitioner was permitted to write her examination, the petitioner is entitled for the result of her examination. 3. In view of the above, the first respondent is directed to publish the result of the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. ” 4.
