JUSTICE RAJESH RAI K) This Civil Contempt proceeding is initiated against the respondents/accused for the willful disobedience of the order passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.24749/2022 dated 10.08.2023, whereby the learned Single Judge passed the following order; (i) "The writ petition is allowed. (ii) A mandamus is issued directing respondent No.5 to consider the representations dated 08.09.2017, 11.10.2018, 28.06.2022 at Annexure-E series within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order." 2. Learned Additional Government Advocate has filed a compliance affidavit dated 04.09.2025 along with an endorsement issued by respondent No.2- Tahsildar, Bengaluru South Taluk, Bengaluru. 3. We have perused the endorsement. The same depicts that the representations of the complainant dated - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:36418-DB CCC No. 827 of 2024 08.09.2017, 11.10.2018 and 28.06.2000 have been considered by respondent No.2. 4. In that view of the matter, considering the limited scope of this contempt petition, same is dropped. However, if the complainant is aggrieved by the said endorsement, she is at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law.
