1. The contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 15.05.2025, passed by this Court in CWP-13872-2025.
2. The relevant para 6 of the judgment passed on 15.05.2025 in CWP-13872-2025 is reproduced as under:-
“In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, the present writ petition is hereby
disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to decide his representation dated 3.2.2025 (Annexure P-5), submitted by the petitioner within a period of 08 weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. In case the petitioner is held entitled for the benefit, as claimed by him in the representation dated 3.2.2025 (Annexure P-5), the same be also released to the MOHD AYUB 2025.08.21 12:42 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.

3. On asking of the Court, Mr. Animesh Sharma, Additional Advocate General, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of State and Sh. Vikrampreet Arora, Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.2 and contends that in compliance of order dated 15.05.2025, speaking
order dated 14.08.2025, has been passed. Copy of the same has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner and also placed on record. This fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. A perusal of speaking order dated 14.08.2025, shows that order dated 15.05.2025, passed by this Court in CWP-13872-2025, has been complied with.
5. In view of the above, the contempt is purged and rule is discharged. August 19th, 2025
