This criminal petition, under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik suraksha sanhita, is filed by the petitioner seeking to release him on bail in the event of arrest in crime No. 5 of 2025 of Donakonda Police Station, Prakasam D-lstrict, registered for the offences I punishable under Sections 115 (2) and 351 (3) read with Section 3 (5) of of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 3 (1) (r) and 3 (1) (s) of the scheduled tastes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. 3. Heard Sri Shaik Asif, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State. 4. Case of,the prosecution is that de /acZo complainant belongs to ST Community and she is eking out her livelihood by attending . ETEE= to coolie works. on the evening of 16-01-2025, husband of o'e /acfo complainant took one Duggempudi chandrika, who is neighbor, in hI'S auto tO Donakonda. At about 10 p,m. on the same day, accused No. 1 along wI-th his relatives came to the house of c7b /aCfO COmPlainant and abused her husband in the name of caste and threatened with dire consequences. At that I time, husband of c/a /acto complainant was not present in the housel On 19-01-2025, after return of her husband, c/a /acfo complainant gave a report to police. 5. ThI-S Court has perused the entire material aval-Iable on record. In the FIR, c/a /acto complainant dI-d not name the Petl-tiOner aS an accused Who abused her husband in the name Of Caste and Only the name of accused No. 1 has been referred to in the FIR. Subsequently, in the remand report, involvement of I accused Nos. 1 to 3 alone has been mentioned. Later, the Prosecution filed a memo stating that the petitioner is also one of the assailants who went to the house of c/a /acfo complainant on the evening of 16-01-2025. As the petition'er came tO be implicated subsequently though he was not named in the FIR, this -€ - i 3 Court is inclined to grant anticipatory baI-I tO the Petitioner With CertaI.n conditions. 6. The petitioner is, therefore, directed to surrender before the I Station House Officer, Donakonda police station, prakasam District, on .or before 25-04-2025. On such surrender, the Petitioner iS Ordered to be enlarged on bail on hl-s executI'ng a Personal bond for Rs.10,000/- wI-th two Sureties for the like Sum each to the satl'sfactI-On Of the Stall-on House Officer, Donakonda police Station.
