Case No. 60 of 2023, for the offence registered under Section 382 of the Indian Penal Code and chargesheet submitted under Sections 356/382 I.P.C., pending in the court of Sri Zaved Khan, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Dumka. On 18.07.2023 at about 12:00 Noon, two miscreants came on a motorcycle and snatched away the bag of the informant, containing Rupees One Lakh from a place outside Gramin Bank, Ramgarh. It was submitted that petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from his possession. It was finally submitted that co-accused Antesh Rao @ Antes Rao has been granted bail by this Court in B.A. No.2879/2025 and the case of the petitioner stands on similar footing. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Zaved Khan, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Dumka, or his successor, in connection with Ramgarh P.S.
