This civil revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 19.07.2025 (Annexure P- 6) passed by learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Dabwali, whereby objections filed by the petitioner to the execution petition i.e EXE/17/2024 have been dismissed. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner had filed an appeal against the judgment and decree dated 03.10.2023 and vide interim order dated 10.05.2024, execution had been stayed till the next date of hearing. It is submitted that the said interim order has not been extended. Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to move an application before the First Appellate Court for extension of the stay order. 3. Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 4.
