PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following Order: The learned counsel appearing virtually for the petitioners submits that the 1st petitioner is married to the 2nd respondent, and the other petitioners are the relatives of the 1st petitioner. It is submitted that the 1st petitioner is about 52 years old, and the 2nd petitioner, who is the mother of the 1st petitioner, is about 85 years old. It is also submitted that the other relatives have been falsely implicated in the case. 2 2. Considering the nature of the allegations, this Court is inclined to dispose of the quash petition by directing the Station House Officer/Investigation Officer, Pattabhipuram Police Station, Guntur District, to follow the provisions under Section 35(3) of BNSS, 2023, in Crime No. 78 of 2025. 3.
