The order passed by Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Dadri, Gautambudh Nagar, dated 17.08.2024 is assailed in this petition whereby certain property recorded as enemy property is proposed to be demolished. The writ petition was entertained and time was granted to the respondents to obtain instructions. Sri Vivek Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing for the Union of India, on the basis of instructions, fairly states that no demolition is proposed over the land in question. Once that be so, we find that no grievance survives to the petitioners to prosecute the instant petition any further.
