These bail applications under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 have been filed by the accused- [2025:RJ-JP:22960] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-2980/2025] petitioners in respect of F.I.R. No.37/2025 registered at Police Station Tapukada District Police Bhiwadi for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 316(2), 338, 336(3), 340(2) & 61 (2) (A) of B.N.S., 2023. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that even as per contents of FIR, all the accused-petitioners are salesmen at petrol pump and the allegation of committing cyber fraud has not been levelled against them. The offences are triable by Magistrate and they are behind the Bar since 9th February, 2025. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application. 4. Considered the submissions made at Bar. 5. In view of above, without making any comment over the merits of the case, I am inclined to grant these bail applications. 6. Accordingly, these Bail Applications are hereby allowed. the accused-petitioners Sachin S/o Atar Singh, Badam @ Ram S/o Bahadur Singh & Ankit S/o Sukh Singh shall be released on bail in pursuance of F.I.R. No. 37/2025 registered at Police Station Tapukada District Police Bhiwadi on furnishing a personal bond of Rs.1,00,000/- each along with two sureties of the like amount. That apart, the accused-petitioners shall also follow the conditions as under:- (i) They shall not tamper with any evidence, nor would influence the witnesses in the case. (ii) They shall not leave the country without prior permission of the Court.
