By way of representation dated 15.09.2025 at Annexure C, the petitioner is contending that there - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:45562 WP No. 33346 of 2025 was a forged resolution and fabricated document, which is sought for is that respondent No.1 to exercise powers under Section 22C of the Karnataka Registration (Amendment) Act, 2024 and pass necessary orders. 4. The petitioner is before this Court contending that no action has been taken in relation thereto. A complaint has been filed under Section 22C which was required for respondent No. 1 to consider the same and pass necessary orders either accepting or rejecting the complaint filed. 5. Neither has been done and therefore, I pass the following:- ORDER i. Writ petition is allowed. ii. Respondent no. 1 is directed to consider the complaint dated 15.09.2025 at Annexure -C and pass the necessary - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:45562 WP No. 33346 of 2025 orders in accordance with law, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. iii.
