ORAL ORDER: Heard Ms. K. Mokshitha Ramakrishna, learned Counsel, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner, Sri Panku Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj, Sri P.A.K Yadav, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Sudhir Mattegunta, learned Standing Counsel for Gram Panchayat and Sri T. Sanjeeva Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. 2. Sri T. Sanjeeva Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Collector & District Programme Coordinator, Palanadu District, dated 06.04.2025. Copy of it is supplied to the Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and the same is taken on record. 3. The Written Instructions would indicate that the amounts will be paid to the Writ Petitioner after the release of the funds by the Government. 4. Having regard to the fact that the amounts claimed by the Writ Petitioner are admitted by the Respondents, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition at the admission stage, without going into merit by directing all the Respondents to complete the administrative process as regards the budgetary allocation and the processing of bills within a period of eight (08) weeks from today, through inter-departmental coordination and cooperation and transfer the amount to the bank account of the Writ Petitioner within a period of four (04) weeks thereafter. 3

5. Writ Petitioner is directed to submit the bank account details to the competent authority within one week from today for effective compliance. 6. With these observations and directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs. 7.
