The Petitioner are before this Court seeking for the following reliefs; a. "Appoint a Single Arbitrator and refer the dispute arising out of or relating to the Operation and Management Agreement dated 23.11.2020 between the Petitioner and Respondent pursuant to Clause 17.2 of the said Agreement in Annexure-B1. b. Pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the interests of justice and equity." 2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for Respondent submits that Mr. Justice A.V.Chandrashekara, a former Judge of this Court could be appointed as a sole Arbitrator to arbitrate the dispute between the parties. 3. In that view of the matter, I pass the following; ORDER i. The CMP is allowed. ii.
