The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chatra Sadar P.S. Case No. 334 of 2024, for the offence registered under Sections 21, 22, 27 & 29 of NDPS Act, pending in the court of Sri Shambhu Lal Shaw, learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, NDPS, Chatra. On 27.10.2024, Chatra Sadar police apprehended the petitioner alongwith co-accused person. On search, 410 grams of brown sugar were recovered from their joint possession. It appears that petitioner has got criminal antecedent. In view of the aforesaid fact, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
