Counsel for the Writ Petitioners and Sri Arjun Chowdary, Ld. Asst. Government Pleader for Revenue. 2. The present Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Official Respondents to consider the F-Line Application dated 25.01.2025 submitted by the Writ Petitioners. Sri Arjun Chowdary, Ld. Asst. Government Pleader has submitted Instructions furnished by the 27.02.2025 Tahsildar, Santhanuthalapadu Mandal along with the Notice of the Village Surveyor. Copy of it has been served on the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioners and the same is taken on record. 3. the Written 4. The Written Instructions would indicate that the subject land has too many obstructions inasmuch as they are filled with bushes and that unless the said bushes are cleared, it will not be possible to the Officials to conduct survey. 5. Learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioners submits that the Writ Petitioners would clear the bushes tomorrow itself. 6. Having regard to these submissions, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition at the admission stage, without going into merit directing the Tahsildar (Respondent No.4) to consider the Application of the Writ Petitioners dated 25.01.2025 (Ex.P.1) and issue Final Proceeding within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of information given to the Tahsildar by the Writ Petitioners about the removal of the bushes in the subject land and convey a copy of such final Proceeding to all the interested parties. 3 i. 7.
