The present application has been preferred for quashing of the cognizance order dated 18.09.2023 against the petitioner in G.R. No. 490/2023 or Islampur P.S. Case No. 99 of 2023 dated 01.03.2023 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 326, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act lodged on 01.03.2023 by the informant, Dipu Kumar. 3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to Patna High Court CR. MISC.
