[2025:RJ-JP:9061] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-3058/2025] time. Therefore, the benefit of bail may be granted to the accused-petitioner. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor opposes the bail application. Considering the arguments advanced by the counsel for the parties and looking to the fact that the recovery of sim cards and mobile phones etc. were effected from the possession of other co- accused, who have already been enlarged on bail. The offences alleged to have been committed by the petitioners are exclusively triable by Magistrate. The accused petitioner is in custody since long and the trial/investigation of the case will take considerable time, without commenting anything on the merits of the case, I deem it just and proper to enlarge the accused-petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the bail application under Section 483 BNSS is allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioner Talim S/o Sube Khan, in connection with FIR No. 172/2024 registered at Police Station Kaithwada, District Deeg shall be enlarged on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Judge for his appearance before the court concerned on all the dates of hearing as and when called upon to do so.
