GP FOR HOME The Court made the following Order: The petitioner is alleging that the 5th respondent at the behest of the respondent 6 repeatedly calling the petitioner to the police station without any crime registered against him for settling the civil disputes between the petitioner and the 6th respondent. 02. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that admittedly there are civil disputes pending between the petitioner and the 6th respondent and that the 6th respondent has prevailed upon the 5th respondent to pressurize the petitioner to settle the disputes between the petitioner and the 6th respondent. It is submitted that the 5th respondent is repeatedly calling the petitioner to the police station for settling the disputes between the petitioner and the 6th respondent. 2 03. The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 submits that there is no case registered against the petitioner. 04. Recording the same, deems it appropriate to dispose off the writ petition at the admission stage directing the respondents 3 to 5 not to disturb the peace of the petitioner without following the due process of law. No costs.
