(4) Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner be permitted to make representation by placing reliance on aforesaid rules, which have been enforced in 2019. (5) Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioner to make representation in terms of provisions of aforesaid rules. If petitioner makes representation within two weeks from today, decision thereupon shall be taken within four months thereafter.
