The petitioner has filed the present petition for quashing order dated 06.06.2025 issued by the respondent No. 5 whereby the stone crusher under the name and style “M/s Buthar Constructions Stone Crusher Rakh E Shalina Lasjan, District Budgam” has been ordered to be closed down immediately. A perusal of the impugned order reveals that the same was being operated without valid consent from J&K Pollution Control Committee. P a g e | 2 WP(C) No. 2316/2025 CM No. (6124/2025) 2. Pursuant to a specific query made by this Court, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has applied with the official respondents through online mode, however nothing is forthcoming on record to substantiate this assertion more particularly when there is no such pleading in the writ petition. 3. Taking into consideration the submission made by the petitioner that the petitioner has applied through online mode with the respondent for consent in terms of SO 60 of 2021 for operating Stone Crusher, the present petition is disposed of by directing the concerned respondents that any such application if already filed by the petitioner be considered and decided as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 4.
