(Lehariasarai) P.S. Case No.298 of 2022, dated 02.07.2022, lodged for the offences under sections 341, 323, 325, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. (ii) For quashing the charge sheet bearing Charge Sheet No.131/24 dated 23.08.2024 as submitted by the Patna High Court CR. WJC No.117 of 2025(2) dt.03-07-2025 2/2 Investigating Officer in connection with the aforementioned case. (iii) For holding and declaring the entire prosecution arising out of Benta O.P. (Lehariasarai) P.S. Case No.298 of 2022 to be a malacious prosecution as a counterblast to the case lodged from the side of the petitioners bearing Benta O.P. (Lehariasarai) P.S. Case No.297 of 2022. (iv) For any other relief(s) for which the petitioners are entitled in the eye of law. 3.
