No.618 of 2025. 2. In this case, the occurrence was in the year 2017. The first accused has already died. Summons have not been served on the other accused. Initially, summons were not served and later a warrant was issued, which is still pending. The defacto complainant is also not available at the given address and therefore no meaningful trial is possible.
