1. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India with a prayer to issue a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the order dated 01.08.2025 (Annexure P-2) passed by respondent No.2, whereby, the petitioner has been transferred just to accommodate respondent No.5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already submitted a representation dated 02.08.2025 (Annexure P-3), whereby, he highlighted his grievances, but no action has been taken by respondent No.2 and he shall be satisfied in case, appropriate directions are issued to the respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 02.08.2025 (Annexure P-3).

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Swapan Shorey, DAG, Punjab, who is present in the Court, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents and has no serious objection to the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, at this stage. 5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record carefully.
6. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is
disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide representation dated 02.08.2025 (Annexure P-3) submitted by the petitioner within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order by passing a speaking and well reasoned order.
