That the respondent-Electricity Board may be ordered to process case of the petitioner for pension in the light of the notification Annexure P-2 dated May, 2023 and the pension may be ordered to be paid to the petitioner from the due date with all benefits incidental thereof.” 2. Learned vice counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in view of the judgment rendered in Yadvinder Kumar Versus HPSEBL and Anr.1, he be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file afresh in accordance with law, seeking appropriate relief(s) with 1CWP No.1076 of 2025, decided alongwith connected matters on 06.03.2025 -2- necessary pleadings for claiming pension under the Central Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 1972. 3.
