This appeal has been filed against the impugned Judgment and decree dated 10.12.2021, passed by the learned Judge of the Family Court, Agartala, West Tripura, in case No. T.S. (Divorce) 05 of 2020, whereby the appellant prayer under the Special Relief Act for the dissolution of marriage between the parties was dismissed. 3. When the case was called, it was observed from the record that this Court had earlier referred the matter for ‘mediation’ vide order dated 27.08.2024. Subsequently, on 16.01.2025, the Coordinator of the Mediation Centre, High Court of Tripura, Agartala, addressed a letter to the Deputy Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Tripura, indicating that the matter has been settled, and a copy of the settlement agreement has also been placed on record. 4. In view of the above, the present appeal stands closed. The Registry is directed to prepare the decree in terms of the settlement agreement. Consequently, any interim stay, if in force, stands vacated. Any pending application(s), if any, also stand closed. B. PALIT, J T.
