The writ petition has been filed praying for direction to respondents No. 2 to 6 to decide the representation filed by the petitioner. The representation is dated 19.08.2025 and wherein the petitioner has alleged that the Bridge Corporation is constructing a railway flyover which is affecting land of large number of farmers including the petitioner. It is alleged that an old well situated over the land of the petitioner is also getting affected. In the representation, prayer has been made to redress the grievance in relation to the old well and construction of the flyover. 2. The writ petition does not indicate that whether the land over which the bridge is being constructed has been acquired or not. The averments are wholly vague. There is also no evidence as to who is constructing the flyover and under whose order. 3. In such view of the matter, we decline to issue any direction and leave it open to the petitioner to seek redressal in such other manner as may be advised. 4. The petition stands disposed of.
