Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus direct the I Addl. Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru to consider the submission of the petitioner and be pleased to direct the trial Court to disposal of the M.C.No.5040/2016 (Annexure-B) within 6 months. b. Grant such other relief or reliefs as this Hon’ble Court deems fit under the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the M.C. is filed in the year 2016 and it is pending from the last nine years, there may be a direction to the Family Court to dispose of the said M.C. within six months. 3. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, perused the material placed on record. This Court had issued direction to the Family Courts to dispose of the matters till the - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:46063 WP No. 31017 of 2025 year 2019 by giving priority. As this matter is of the year 2016, this Court is passing the following, ORDER i. M.C.No.5040/2016 shall be disposed of by the I Addl. Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru by 15.12.2025. ii. Unnecessary adjournments shall not be granted. iii. This Court is not proposing to issue notice to the respondent as disposal of a case is in the interest of both the parties. iv.
