The present contempt case has been filed for initiating contempt proceeding against the opposite party no.1 for his wilful and deliberate violation of the order dated 14th August, 2023 passed in W.P. (S) No.3428 of 2023. 2. Mr. Santosh Kumar Jha, learned A.C. to Mr. Mahavir Pd. Sinha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party no.1 refers to the reasoned order dated 5th October, 2024 passed by the Managing Director, JMADA annexed with the show cause affidavit dated 21st December, 2024 filed on behalf of the opposite party no.1 (wrongly mentioned as opposite party no.2) and submits that the aforesaid order of this Court has now been complied. 3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering that the Managing Director, JMADA has already passed a reasoned order dated 5th October, 2024, there is no need to proceed further in the matter.
