Having taken note of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the reasons assigned by this Court at paragraph No.15 of the judgment dated 05.08.2025, wherein the plaintiff / petitioner herein has not proved his title to the subject property before the Trial Court and therefore the finding recorded by this Court in RSA No.500/2015 is just and proper and as such, there is no error apparent on the face of the record. 3.
