Mr. Chisti has produced one order dated 23.08.2024, passed by the Secretary to the Government of Assam, Department of School Education and submits that the order of this court dated 11.12.2023, is complied with and as such, this matter may be closed. On the other hand, Mr. Kaiyum submits that the order of this court dated 11.12.2023, is partially complied with. However, this contempt case may closed and he will challenge the order dated 23.08.2024, passed by the Secretary to the Government of Assam, Department of School Education.
