After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with regard to the grievance, the petitioner has already submitted a representation dated 16.07.2025 (Annexure P-9) but no action has been taken thereupon till date. He contends that the petitioner would be satisfied at this stage, in case respondent No.2- Haryana Staff Selection Commission is directed to consider and decide the said representation, in a time bound manner in accordance with law. 3.
