Iliyas and others) under Sections 323, 370 IPC and 3/4 Muslim Women (Security of Right on Marriage) Act, 2019, P.S. Naugava Sadat, District Amroha, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, District Amroha but the learned counsel for the applicants has confined his relief only for a direction for consideration of the bail application with expedition. 3. Learned State Law Officer has no objection to the same. 4. In view of the above, the present application is consigned to record leaving it open to the applicants to prefer appropriate proceedings before the court below for enlargement on bail, the same may be decided with most expedition in accordance with law of the land.
