Lahkar, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam. Page No.# 2/2 2. This interlocutory application has been filed by the applicant, namely, Amaresh Kr. Ray, seeking rectification of a typographical error, which has crept in the order dated 20.02.2025, passed by this Court, in Bail Application No. 126/2025. 3. It appears that though the applicant, namely, Amaresh Kr. Ray, was allowed to go on bail of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only), however, in the order of granting bail, in paragraph No. 25 at line No. 2, the amount of the bail is wrongly mentioned as Rupees Two Lakhs in words. 4. Same needs to be rectified, as same appears to be inadvertent typographical mistake. 5. Accordingly, this interlocutory application is allowed. 6. The words “Rupees Two Lakhs” appearing in line No. 2 of paragraph No 25, of the order dated dated 20.02.2025, in Bail Application No. 126/2025 shall be read as “Rupees One Lakh“only. 7.
