Learned State counsel has pointed out that the services of petitioner Nos.1 and 2 have since been regularized. Petitioner No.3 does not fall within the requisite criteria as he is lacking in the requisite qualifications. However, his case is under reconsideration. 3. In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged.
