(Oral) By way of present writ petition, petitioner has prayed for following main relief:- “i. That the respondents may be ordered to pay pension and other retiral benefits to the petitioner, as per notification dated May, 2023, with all benefits incidental thereof from the due date.” 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in view of the judgment dated 6.3.2025 rendered in CWP No.1076 of 2025 titled as Yadvinder Kumar Versus HPSEBL and Anr. alongwith connected matters, he be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file afresh in accordance with law, seeking - 2 - appropriate relief(s) with necessary pleadings for claiming pension under the Central Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 1972. 3.
