The present civil writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned suspension order dated 23.06.2022 (Annexure P-2), whereby, the petitioner has been kept under suspension continuously for more than three years. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition and seeks liberty to move a comprehensive representation to the respondent/competent authority. He further prays that directions may be issued to the respondents for decision of the said representation by passing a speaking order in a time bound manner. 3. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner will be at liberty to move a comprehensive representation before respondent No.1. In the event of the petitioner moving such a representation, respondent No.1 shall decide the same within a period of 03 months from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order by passing a speaking order, after affording him an opportunity to be heard.
