Vikas Pradhikaran, Aligarh and others), under Section 28-A(4) of U.P. Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973 as well as order dated 26.06.2025 passed by the respondent no. 5/Presiding Officer, Aligarh Development Authority, Aligarh, under Section 28-A(1) of U.P. Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973 is under challenged in the present petition. 2. A preliminary objection has been raised by Sri Vibhu Rai, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no. 6 as well as Sri Vibhanshu Vaibhav, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos. 2, 3, 4 and 5 that against the aforesaid orders statutory alternative remedy is available with the petitioner to file a revision before the State Government as provided under section 41(3) of U.P. Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973 3. This fact is also admitted by the counsel for the petitioner. 4. In view of the same, the present writ petition is dismissed on the ground of availability of statutory alternative remedy.
