JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 19-02-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P for the State. 2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a complaint case punishable for the offence under Sections 420, 406 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per complaint case, this petitioner alongwith other accused persons are alleged to be indulged in sale and purchase of land in the name of company namely Rock Hill City Private Ltd. Co. and it is alleged that they defalcated four lacs amount of the complainant and thereafter, cheque issued by them also got dishonored due to insufficiency of fund. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3360 of 2025(2) dt.19-02-2025 2/2 petitioner has not issued cheque in question, which got bounced, rather it was issued by co-accused Nisar Khan. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that petitioner has got two criminal antecedent of similar nature. 6. Considering the nature of accusation and clean antecedent, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected. anay (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) U T
