The said memo reads as follows: "The petitioner above-named humbly submits as follows: It is submitted that the present petition is filed seeking fro appointment of a sole arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes that have arisen between the petitioner and the respondent under the 'Educator Agreement - Marketing and Promotion' dated 03.05.2023. It is submitted that during the pendency of these proceedings, the Parties have agreed to amicably resolve their disputes through an out-of-court settlement, which has already been acted upon. WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed that the instant memo may be received on record, and the petition may be disposed as withdrawn in the interest of justice and equity." 3.
