No.618 of 2025. 2.The case, Cr.No.233 of 2017 was registered for the alleged offence under Section 51 (a) (i), 63 (a), 52 (A) and 68 (A) of Copyright Act, 1957. The occurrence is of the year 2017. The allegation in this case is that the accused was found to be in possession of pirated CD's. The accused has been facing the case from 2017. There is no subsequent previous case against the accused.
