Gone through the FIR as at Annexure-1 series. The allegation against the petitioner is about sexual mischief committed against a minor aged about eight years. It is informed to the Court that the chargesheet is filed in the meantime. Considering the materials on record and objection received from the side of the State, without expressing anything on merits of the case, the Court is not inclined to consider release of the petitioner, however, is of the view that he should be granted the liberty to renew such prayer after the victim is examined during trial and accordingly, it is ordered. 3.
