The instant contempt case has been filed by the petitioner alleging willful and deliberate non-compliance of the order dated 28.08.2024 passed in W.P.(S) No. 2433 of 2023.

Learned counsel for the opposite parties states that pursuant to the order dated 28.08.2024 passed by the writ Court a reasoned order has been passed and writ’s Court order has been complied.
3. Since a reasoned order has been passed which has been annexed to the show-cause filed on 19.08.2025, as such writ Court’s order has been complied with.
4. Accordingly, the instant contempt case stands disposed of.
