learned counsel for petitioner.
2. None appears for respondent.
3. Wife's petition under Section 24 CPC with the following prayer:
"Wherefore it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to transfer the proceedings in M.C.No.3470/2025 from the Court of the VI Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bangalore to the Principal Judge, Family Court at Dharwad, in the interest of justice and equity."
4. Facts in a nutshell which are utmost necessary for disposal of the present petition are as under: Respondent has been as filed a petition for dissolution of marriage under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act in M.C.No.3470/2025 on the file of the Family Court, Bengaluru. Wife is seeking transfer of the

said case to Court at Dharwad on the ground of financial incapacity and geographical distance.
5. Financial incapacity and geographical distance are no longer good parameters for transfer of a case from one Court to another Court in view of video conferencing facility. If the petitioner files an application before the Court at Bengaluru to effectively participate in the pending matrimonial proceedings through video conferencing, the learned trial Judge shall permit the petitioner to do so.
With that direction following:
ORDER Petition is dismissed.
