This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, wherein the petitioner is aggrieved by freezing of his account on the ground that communication has been received by Nagpur police with regard to Rs.30,000/- having been deposited in the account of the petitioner via cyber crime. 3. In the light of above, we are of the view that the petitioner be allowed to operate his account after keeping an amount of Rs.30,000/- freezed in the account.
