The instant contempt case has been filed by the petitioners alleging willful disobedience and deliberate violation of the order dated 25.11.2024 passed in W.P.(C) No. 4487 of 2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the

order dated 25.11.2024 passed in W.P.(C) No. 4487 of 2023 though a so-called reasoned order has been passed which is annexed as Annexure-D to the show cause filed on 15.07.2025, however, the document has not been given along with the reasoned order. As such, learned counsel prays that the instant contempt case may be disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioners to approach the concerned opposite party for getting the said document.

Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances coupled with the fact that a reasoned order vide Annexure-D filed on 15.07.2025 to the show cause has been passed, this contempt case is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach the concerned opposite party for redressal of their grievance, if so advised.
