The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief(s):- 10.1 Direct the respondent authorities to rectify the Certificate (Annexure P/2) by which the Tahsildar had reduced the area of the petitioner’s Land as in comparison to previous year and restore the transaction in his Rin Pustika in the interest of justice. 10.2 Direct the respondent to provide the documents respectively. Ms. Anamika Jain, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that cultivating area of the petitioner has been reduced in registration certificate by the Samiti Prabandhak, Karyalaya Prathmik Krishi Shakha Sahakari Samiti Maryadit, Ghumka, Rajnandgaon. She would submit that such decision was taken pursuant to an order passed by the Tehsildar. He would pray to set aside the order 3. On other other hand, Mr. Sanjeev Agrawal, learned Panel Lawyer appearing for the State/respondents No. 1 to 4 would oppose. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 5. The petitioner has not placed any order passed by the Tehsildar. The petitioner has challenged the registration certificate issued by the Samiti Prabandhak vide Annexure- P/1 and Annexure- P/2. The petitioner may approach the higher revenue authorities for correction of the registration certificate and no direction can be issued in the present petition. 6. Consequently, the petition fails and is hereby dismissed. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach the concerned Collector raising his grievances and authority concerned is directed to decide representation, if submitted by petitioner, expeditiously preferably within a period of 120 days.
