The present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with prayer to quash the entire proceedings of Case No. 2444/IX of 2015 (State of U.P. vs. Abdul Quayum and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 164 of 2013, under Sections 409, 467, 468, 471 IPC, P.S. Rajapur, District Chitrakoot as well as charge sheet dated 16.06.2015, pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chitrakoot. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copies of the relevant documents be returned to learned counsel for the applicant after retaining a photocopy of the same.
