In light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty granted to the petitioner to file appeal before the appropriate forum. 3. If an appeal is filed by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from date, the authority concerned is directed to pass a reasoned order in accordance with law on the appeal of the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of filing of the said appeal, after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Till such time the appeal of the petitioner is decided, no coercive steps should be taken against the petitioner.
