The petitioner is aggrieved of the impugned show cause notice at Annexure-A issued by respondent No.2- Revenue Inspector calling upon the petitioner to answer why the Order of regularization made in favour of the petitioner in terms of Annexure-G should not be cancelled. Learned High Court Government Pleader submits that it is clear from the show cause notice that there is an allegation against the petitioner that she was not entitled for regularization under Section 94C of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned High Court Government Pleader, this Court is of the considered opinion that the petitioner is required to give a reply to the show cause notice and take part in the proceedings that would be initiated by the competent authority in accordance with law.
