JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 10-02-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. 3. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code. 4. Specific allegation of giving sword blow on the informant is against co-accused Rehan Khatoon, whereas co- accused Md. Shahid is alleged to have given farsa blow on the head of the informant. 5. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that allegation of assault is general and omnibus and no specific overt act has been alleged against these petitioners. There is case Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.692 of 2025(2) dt.10-02-2025 2/2 and counter case. Parties have compromised the matter and a compromise petition has also been filed in the Court below. 6. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. 7. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of all the petitioners is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let these petitioners, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in Sakri Police Station Case No. 149 of 2019/GR No. 1716 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. shashi/- (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) U T
