Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the goats have already been recovered and handed over to the defacto-complainant, the occurrence is said to have happened in the year 2012, even if the accused was brought for trial in any future date, the same would impinge upon the right to speedy trial and accordingly, the C.C.No.162 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No. II, Ariyalur Taluk, Ariyalur, shall stand quashed.
